introducing today will be a very brand new segment of my blog name " dessert of the day " .. recently i'm very inspired by a few awesome food bloggers and also some books on desserts , hence you will see more of my humble desserts creations from now onwards ... =)
let's see what i've come up for my first dessert creation on this entry ..
INGREDIENTS
self raising flour
butter
caster sugar
strawberry jam
fresh strawberries
blueberries
icing sugar
FIRST
is to make the shortbread ...
Add butter, self raising flour and caster sugar
Mix them by hand
roll and repeat till its smooth
cut into the same you desire ( preferably reactangular )
Bake in a pre-heated oven .. at 350F/180C for 15-20 minutes
once cool , cut into half and spread strawberry jam on top of it ..
nextadd strawberries on top of the shortbread and garnish with strawberry jam around ...
before serve .. dust some icing sugar on top ..FINISH !!! ... and .... featuring today ....

it looks easy but if im gonna do it..im gonna messed up my kitchen..oh no! nvm waiting for delivery service. hahax.. more pastries than main course pls..becox pastries are much more easy. ^-^
