10 things u can do to beat blue monday

after a long break with fulfilling rest , holidays + parties im finally back to work , must admit its not forward looking at all haha ... have to drag myself out of the bed and get mentally and physically prepare for the day , somehow i still cant into the right mood .. isit ? due to the blues ? or ... i cant really explain too ..

Mondays are like a curse for some people. It's the day we have to start hauling ass and get back to what we should be doing: working (to earn a living), or studying (to be able to earn a living someday, hopefully).

For me, it's important how I handle Mondays cause it'll effect my performance the whole week. As i'm in sales, and as what they always say, sales is an energy business, the higher the energy, the more effective you are, which means the richer your pocket gets. haha ...

mayb what i mention below will work ? dunno .. can give it a try .. lol

1 - Try doin' something new ? something diff from ur usual boring mondays

2 - Make Monday your "look-my-best day" and only wear the clothes you like the most on the day itself

3 - Turn on some music to cheer yourself up. Listen to ur fav upbeat music . -_o ''

4 - pamper yourself ... From a small indulgence to a luxury you have been promising yourself.

5 - always take a break .. try to squeeze out some time .. sneak out ! get a snack or coffee during ur work time , so exciting but please dun get caught ! ha >.<

6 - talk to someone special ... find a great listener that can tolerate ur blah blah blah .... =P

7 - think friday ! jus imagine today is friday .. and weekends coming !! =D

8 - plan something new , Whether it’s planning a holiday for later in the year or deciding what to do at the weekend, looking forward to something new or different can be uplifting and refreshing.

9 - keep urself busy ... do whatever that can make u forget about the presence of the slow big clock running

10 - last advice ... hmmm... take MC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
