anyway these are so call my "experimental " works ... cuz basically these were all my first attempt so i believe there's still a " big " room for improvement , gonna work lot harder!!

Whow! hard to choose... after much consideration.. I will select CUSTARD TART WITH GRAPES my favourite since I am not a great fan of chocolate pastry..
What to bake next... CHEESE CAKE! I simply like cheesecake..haha.

How about creme brulee? My friend baked it before but hers turn out to be extremely sweet. ha.

thats alot of cool creations u got there and it seems really hard to decide which is the best cos they all look rather yummy to me !!
anyways u can consider trying to bake cheesecakes .. one of my all time favourites and favourites amongst my friends too .. heh ..
tried the brownie and cheesecake combination but it can be rather tricky of having even layers of cheesecake and brownies .. cos laying one mixture of top of each other doesnt work .. baking the brownie first for it to be slightly firm isnt the best solution either cos the brownie might be too tough and dry once the entire baking of the cheesecake brownie is done .. and the cheesecake filling will be too heavy to spread on a wet brownie mixture .. so wat u will get in the end would be a rather uneven brownie cheesecake when the centre sinks down with the cheesecake .. but have the admit .. the cheesecake still turned out rather yummy according to my "fans" hahaha .. so its jus a matter of practice makes perfect which i haven got the time to do so ! ..
another fav of mine would be warm choco cake .. the kind where the choc oozes out from the middle of the cake when u dig right into it .. its really easy to make .. but i cant seem to find where my recipe is .. i baked it quite often but used my memory for the ingredients and my memory is failing me as i get older haha .. the 10 over dollars u pay outside is soooo not worth it when u can do it cheaper and jus as delicious at home ..
cant tink of any other suggestions cos wat i baked .. u have done so too .. haa .. so if i tink of any other new ideas .. i will surely be sharing it wif u !! =) Cheers !

duncan, ask u one thing. For tarts right, if the crust is too hard what does it means? Is it because the flour is too much or the butter is too little or just the baking time is too long? I had done tarts using a recipe for the tarts crust but the recipe gives the tarts a pale yellowish color. If i tried to bake it till a nice brownish color, it became too hard. How to alter it to get it nice and brown yet soft to the mouth? Any ideas? Anyone? Btw, what was yur recipe composition for the tarts crust? I saw the entry on your tarts but think you did not include the exact amount inside.

Rodneyz - i think try not to put too much flour it will become thick n hard .. put appropriate amount of butter and water or milk to add to the softness of it ...
