My year end thoughts ..

The winding down of a year is a good time for summing up one's thought and impression of the old year and aspiration for the new..
hence i feel like i'd better pop up my head and post up at least one more entry before the year end . so this will be a bit of round up of what's been on my radar for the past whole year , in among all the craziness .

bascially 2007 has given me alot to think
in short , the year wasn't treating me that good either

in april , my dad had an accident while working and went thru an 18 hours operation ..
still remember i was pretty traumatize upon hearing the news and indeed took me quite a while for my emotion to subside ... however he's coping well now and it's really my duty as a son to take good care of him now .. maybe speaking from experience sometimes i feel like i'm yelling across a chasm , trying to explain to people who simply do not understand in any personal sense how quickly and absolute life can change , in fact it only takes a second for everything to change , life so vulnerable ... Everyday is precious . Every moment is something that will never happen again , we can never assume that there will be a next time ... so i always say ! " don't ever take things for granted !... "

then in early august .. dunno if i should say by chance or fate after enjoying my " single hood " for 3 consecutive years i finally pluck up the courage to accept someone new whom i thought i could share my everything with but it actually turn out someone hurting me most ..i'm not exactly brooding over it but probably due to the nature of me as i'm one who treasure sentimental moments , memories and definitely not someone out there just to " play and have fun " in a relationship ... therefore it does leave an impact on me .. somehow i just feel that there's nothing wrong putting my best and all in it ? do you agree ? well .. guess luck not favouring me that's all ... and i know there are people laughing at me out there for being so gullible but then again we all learnt from mistake right ?

i do admit i was in an agony after that ... it does affect my daily activities which consist mainly my work .. As sales designer i have to be in tip top condition to sustain my motivation to clinch deals and concept creativity . my sales performance dropped drastically from then and hitting my monthly sales target seems harder to achieve at that very point of time .. to conclude i really had an unproductive year .. so it's really time to buck up and bring back those glory days !!!! ..

alright .. i better stop rambling like nobody business ... if not you guys might find these lines familiar from any melancholy drama series haha ..

oh well , not everything is that unpleasant afterall in the calender .. i have my good times and also couple of things that really made me happy and memorable ..

january - where i started this blog ! i hereby wanna take this chance to thank everyone here for the constant support reading up all these while and this is really one of the reason why my blog is still alive ! thank you thank you ! and of course i have to mention this : my baking , cause i only start picking up early this year too .. and right now i'm still working very hard on it .. hopefully i can come up with more delectable baking + cooking ideas to share here =)

February - i always wanted to bring my parents for a holiday and finally manage to make this beijing trip for possible for them ...and most important they enjoyed =)

March - my close friend Lili's ROM dinner @ turquoise room .., bestie felix birthday celebration, a generous treat from him in a yacht out to the sea ..

April - my another bestie benjamin " school uniform " theme birthday party ..

May - i got my driving license !!!!! on the very first attempt ! =)

October - " soccer theme " Halloweeen party @ zouk ..

December - My Hongkong trip , bestie sherlyn birthday and of course the very recent " NEON " party , my another bestie jeremy birthday =D

alright peeps , that's a long recap and pretty sum up what's happening in the year 2007 of mine .... i really enjoy taking the advantage to pen down my thoughts here but do apologize for making this entry a little boring thou .. =) anyway the bad always comes with the good , so let's all forget about the past and start looking forward in the year 2008

on a good note .. 2008 is just around the corner
