it's x'mas and my bestie birthday too !
Theme : NEON ...
wonder what i'm doing before the party start ??
baking in action again !!
made this cupcakes specially for his birthday ..
( for recipe check out my previous entry on cupcakes )As the theme for the party was NEON ..
i came up with butter cupcakes with neon icing frosting !
for cupcakes frosting ..
i bought icing concentrated gel colors
share with you guys here the method on the icing frosting topping ...
icing sugar 500 gm
egg white 100gm
lemon juice 1/2 tsp
1. place the icing sugar , egg white and lemon juice into the mixing bowl
2. mix at low speed for 5 mins
3. then increase to medium speed mix to a lighter creamy texture
4. add color a little at a time until you achieve the shade you desire
and here they are !
